You asked what I wanted to do when I grow up so here goes with a new and exciting project. I have met some strong believers with available "Faith Based money". The money is available for churches anywhere in the US who need money to build or expand, buy a new church, build a church school, or refinance a Bank Mortgage, etc. Banks charge Pastors, Churches, Church schools, and 501C3 organizations higher percentages, with lots of penalties, balloons, etc, etc. This valuable group just financed a NY Church for $40 Million dollars, and provided the Pastor with $750,000. for some personal expenses. Decisions can be made in 2-3 days after the submission of the paperwork. It isn't expensive to apply and definitely worthwhile.
Do you know anyone or can you put me in contact with a commercial Real Estate Agent or Broker that might know someone that may have a warehouse sitting empty, they could utilize the tax write-off to donate the use of the warehouse to store the truckloads of meds, socks, underwear, toiletries, blankets etc.. so they can be distributed to the people that need them.
Tammy Searle who is heading up this relief effort for the people in Ramona and Fallbrook, which are not receiving the assistance they need for their families and horses attempted to work with the Red Cross for 2 days last week when she realized how naive we all are to their structure and operation. Truckloads of items were coming in and the Red Cross would not release them to the people that need them. She now has a block of well over 100 volunteers that she is coordinating and have received truckloads of items sent from Wal-Mart. Proctor & Gamble and many others, however the church in Escondido and Fallbrook she has secured is not adequate to store these items for distribution.
If you know anyone or can think of any commercial agents or brokers that might be able to help please call me.
These two areas are depressed and most of these people don't have insurance. They Most of them have children and a large majority have horses and of course were not on Pres. Bush's itinerary to visit.
I appreciate anything or any connection you can provide.
Additionally, If anyone has contacts at companies that would be able to provide some items we have not received yet.
Reading Glasses, Masks the good ones as they are needed for the victims and the volunteers, Fixodent as some of these people are elderly, Post hole diggers fand/or carpenters, as they need to get fencing up to secure the horses, and possibly large animal vets that would be open to donating a day of their time to look at these horses. Or if you know anyone that might have a contact please forward this information to them.

The Radio Mall/Podcasting RMP/UMOM
Another major creative breakthrough for Beryl's World/IMC
We have developed a relationship with a radio network to air a series of airings of mini infomercials for our 884 Joint Ventures. We will simultaneously provide a series of video podcasts to present, sell products and include our incentives and free club memberships in RMP to customers.
We will also draw traffic to our Ultimate Mall of Malls (UMOM) to cross promote the radio stations and sites and UMOM.
We will use all of our marketing/media/networking to promote the above.

The "Call Me MISTER" program is a collaboration between Clemson University, private, historically black colleges (Benedict College, Claflin University, and Morris College) and two-year technical colleges to recruit, train, certify and secure employment for minority males as elementary teachers in the public schools of South Carolina.
Procedures for admission to the "Call Me MISTER " program are as follows:
- Apply for and be accepted into one of the participating colleges or universities at which the degree and teaching certificate will be earned
- Complete the Call Me MISTER online application
- Submit the following items:
- Two letters of recommendation:
- one (1) from a teacher, guidance counselor, or principal at the high school from which the diploma is earned
- one (1) from a person of the student's choice who can express the student's involvement in the community and/or potential for entering the teaching profession.
- An essay entitled, "Why I Want To Teach," which will address the student's motivation for entering the teaching profession and the contributions he hopes to make to the profession and to the community as a teacher
Following the submission of the items above, an interview will be scheduled with prospective program participants to ascertain their potential for teaching and their motivations for participation in the program, as well as to provide an opportunity for clarification of any information submitted through the application process.
